Travel tips & thoughts

- in my opinion if you don't really wanna see KL don't go there, it's just way too tiring
- if you wanna come here, don't take any 'just in case warm clothes, it's never colder than 28°C
- don't worry if you forgot some stuff from home, in Thailand you'll buy them cheaper than at home (jeans shorts for 1€)
- eat a lot of fruits, specillay pjneapple, watermellons
and mangos, they taste so much different than in Europe
- if you wanna go sightseeing do it in the morning ot evening otherwise climat and teperature will kill you
- in Singapore be prepared for spending a lot of money, it's quiet expensive there ( but in the same time clothes and accessories are cheap) and btw. I can not imagine how much those ppl earn when in a normal jewellery shop you can find watch which costs 100000€
- if you choose some party place to stay at ( like Phi Phi island) be prepared for lots of Australian and other Engliah speaking ppl (so it means that music at parties will suck)
- in all of those places people were so nice, alwayz smiling and helping. But in Sin, white ppl are treated differently, they got awesome service specially in shops and so on
- try pad tai dish, it's really tasty
- there's a left side traffic in those countries so it take some time to get used to it (specially when you want to cross the street)

Singapore

This city is so amazing. Of course weather is killing us because it is soo hot again (just like in Malaysia) but I really like it. City is so much better than KL, it's really safe in here, green, clean, people are so nice but it's also expensive ( beer costs like 14 sin$). When we came here my friend picked us up from the airport and in the evening we went sightseeing and cheeling in city centre. Singapore looks soooo amazing when it's after dark, but city lives 24/7. We were back home.round 1 am and immidiately we went swimming (my friend have a swimming pool by their condo). Next day we went to botanic garden with an amazing collection of orchids. Next we went to main road of Singapore - Orchard Rd. (I think we walked like 10km at least so in the evenining we were dying). On Orchard Rd. we went shopping of course, we got lost in the shopping centre (?!?!) but we left it happy. And in my entire life I haven't seen so many fancy shops in one time- two LV, one 100m away from the second one, Gucci, D&G, Miu miu, Prada, Marc Jacobs, all those shops are on one street with has like 2 km!!! I was like wow!! Today in the morning we went to Marina bay to take a closer look of this Ship-shape hotel and city centre in general. We took some pictures with symbol of Sin- this white lion. And later we did some more shopping and now we're home resting, and going to pack soon. Our plane leaves at 00.30 so not much holidays left....
